- Sell goods or services that are unlawful in the UK or US
- Infringe someone else's IP, trademarks or right of publicity
- Run scams, deceptive listings or undisclosed dropshipping
- Send unsolicited marketing email through the platform
- Probe, scan or attempt to compromise the service
- Use ProfitMuncher to harass, threaten or harm others

What happens if you do
We'll usually email and ask you to fix things. For serious or repeated breaches we may suspend or close the account immediately. We'll always give you a path to export your data.
