Privacy policy.

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do. (Spoiler: we never sell your data.)

§ 01

The short version

TL;DR We collect what we need to run your account, process your customers' orders, and keep the service stable. We don't sell your data, and we don't run third-party advertising on your behalf.
§ 02

What we collect

From you

Account details (name, email, workshop name, country), billing details, and anything you choose to put in your products and storefronts.

From your customers

When your customers buy from your storefront we process their order, contact and payment information on your behalf — as a processor, under our DPA.

From your browser

Standard log data (IP, browser, pages visited) and a small set of cookies to keep you signed in. Details in the Cookie Notice.

§ 03

Why we collect it

  • To provide the service you've signed up for
  • To bill you and meet our tax obligations
  • To investigate abuse and keep the service secure
  • To send service emails (and, if you opt in, the occasional newsletter)
§ 04

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the service: hosting, payments, email delivery, and analytics. They are bound by contract to use the data only for the agreed purposes.

§ 05

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

§ 06

How long we keep it

While your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation so you can re-activate. Billing and tax records are kept for 7 years as required by HMRC.
