Common questions

Really. 0% transaction fees on every plan. Your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) will charge their own fee — typically 1.5–2.9% — but nothing flows to us per sale. You pay your monthly plan and that's it.
Your payment method is added at sign-up but nothing is charged until day 15 — cancel before then and you pay nothing. When the trial ends your subscription starts automatically, billed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). Not happy within 14 days of that first charge? Email [email protected] for a full refund.
Yes, on every plan. Point your domain at our nameservers and we handle SSL and renewals. Maker includes 1 custom domain; Studio 2; Workshop 5.
Absolutely. Cash on collection, bank transfer, and cash-on-delivery are all first-class. You can use ProfitMuncher purely for quotes, invoices and order management if you want.
Your subscription is billed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — they apply and remit any VAT or sales tax your country requires and issue your subscription invoices. For the sales you make through your storefront, ProfitMuncher produces order invoices and receipts for your customers and exports everything in a format your accountant won't hate.
All support is humans (based in the UK). Email is on every plan — Maker gets a 48h response, Studio 24h, Workshop priority within 12h.
