Really. 0% transaction fees on every plan. Your payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) will charge their own fee — typically 1.5–2.9% — but nothing flows to us per sale. You pay your monthly plan and that's it.
For now, the fastest path is to give us a CSV or product export and we'll help you bring it across — drop us an email with what you have. A full self-serve importer is on the roadmap.
We'll ask for a card before your trial ends — not before. If you don't add one, your account pauses (we keep your data safe) and your storefronts show a friendly "back soon" page until you do.
Yes, on every plan. Point your domain at our nameservers and we handle SSL and renewals. Maker includes 1 domain; Studio 3; Workshop unlimited.
Absolutely. Cash on collection, bank transfer, and cash-on-delivery are all first-class. You can use ProfitMuncher purely for quotes, invoices and order management if you want.
We produce proper VAT-compliant invoices and receipts for UK customers, handle reverse charge for EU business customers, and export everything in a format your accountant won't hate.
